We hope you are satisfied with the items you purchased from Light with Love. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we can provide an exchange or refund on the product as long as it is sent back to us within 14 days of delivery.
All items should be returned in perfect condition (unless there was a defect, or it was damaged during shipping) and will be examined once received. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to let you know we received it. We’ll also tell you if your refund is approved or denied.
All items need to have intact packaging, tags, and labels. Products should not have been opened or used (unless faulty).
Please make sure your return is properly packed before sending it back to us. We suggest using the original box your order arrived in with the same packaging materials we used for shipping.
If you would like to return a product, please reach out to us at info@lifewithlove.co.za and we will provide you with the shipping instructions.
If the refund is approved, we will process the refund and automatically apply a credit to the original payment method you used within 3-5 days.
If the item you received is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 business days and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
We can only exchange items that are defective or damaged, and cannot reimburse postage costs.
